If none of your eggs hatch we will issue you a 100% refund.

Probably not. We want to be certain that the chicks are well cared for at the end of the program. We won't let just anyone hold onto them afterward. If you are serious about keeping the chicks and can demonstrate you have the skills and the space to do so, we might be open to it.

Maybe… Duck eggs are less likely to hatch and require more work to rehome after the program. If you are serious about hatching ducks please email us directly and we’ll see if it’s possible.

$300+ HST. We collect a $125 refundable security deposit as well. This is given back following the safe return of the hatch kit and the chicks.

Chicks are given to communities with the space, the skills and the heart to raise them well. We primarily work with indigenous communities in Ontario but also work with Mennonite and Homesteading communities too.
